The Cardio Twister is a dream machine on my sore joints! I am pushing 40 now and my joints normally really ache after using most other exercise machines at the gym. But, the Cardio twister was designed to cushion your joints as you workout which is great for me!

I just love this thing! I would give it 5 stars but I like to leave room for improvement… for example if it did my workout for me automatically while I sit back and eat rocky road I would have given it 5 stars:) But seriously, the cardio twister is fun and gives me a good workout. I’d reccomend it to anyone looking to lose a few pounds.

The new Cardio twister has a clever slogan “A Workout With A Twist” is fitting to the product. The Cardio Twister is designed to not only burn calories, but also tone your leg and butt muscles, as well as sculpting your abdominals and your obliques.

The question on everyone’s mind is, “Yea, but does it really work?”

I can say that the answer is a resounding YES! The Cardio Twister will work for you as long as you actually use it and not let it sit in the corner collecting dust. You hear it all the time, people complaining that something doesn’t work, when in fact their exercise machine is nothing more than a display of their original intent. Look, The Cardio Twister is not going to burn calories or tone muscles if you don’t use it, its just common sense. If you watch the video and see what it does it is quite obvious that it will work.

Listen, I’m not going to lie… The Cardio Twister company claims may be a little over exaggerated because they are based on the perfect scenario, but this sort of sensationalist marketing is typical of any product, especially a new one. It’s really not rocket science to see that it WILL WORK if you put the effort into it. Any form of exercise works if you do it right. And if your primary goal is to lose weight fast, then you will probably want to be eliminating your junk food and watch your eating habits in addition to using your cardio twister. This is a typical Diet & Exercise plan that has been proven to work for years and years now. You don’t need to make it more complicated than that. The beauty of the cardio twister is in the low price for what it does. It allows you to target those problem areas and it’s actually quite fun. Eat right, use your cardio twister on a regular basis and you will see results, period.

You don’t need to kill yourself for hours on end to get a good workout and start seeing results. Start out slow, just 10-15 minutes a day doing a moderate workout, star eating a little healthier and you are well on your way to losing weight and feeling better both physically and emotionally. Trust me, don’t go trying to workout for 2 hours a day right off the bat or you will burn yourself out very quickly.
